Pepper Corn Bread

Ingredients & Directions


1 1/8 c Water; lukewarm
3 1/3 c White bread flour
2 tb Dry milk
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Butter
2 ts Seasoned pepper
1/3 c Corn meal
1 3/4 ts Active dry yeast

This isn’t your grandma’s corn bread. It’s lighter than standard corn
bread, with a zing!

Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer’s insctructions.

Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
