3 c Whole-wheat flour
1 1/4 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
2 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Molasses
1 c Chopped pecans
Sift dry ingredients together, saving just a bit of flour to mix later with
the pecans. Add buttermilk and molasses. Mix reserved flour with pecans and
stir into batter.
Put into well-greased 9 by 5-inch bread pan. Bake in 300 degree oven about
1 hour or until it tests done.
