Chocolate Angel Food Cake

Bisquit Bisquitrolle Swiss Roll

Ingredients & Directions


4 c Flour 1/2 c Cocoa
2 c Sugar 2 c Cold water
1/2 ts Salt 2 c Miracle Whip
3 tb Baking soda 4 tb Vanilla
3 ts Baking powder

-ICING-
2 c Sugar 1/2 c Cocoa
1/2 c Milk 1/2 c Butter
2 tb Vanilla Chopped nuts, optional

Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa. Add
water, Miracle Whip and vanilla. Grease and flour 2 9 x13 inch pans
and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Ice while hot.

Icing: Combine ingredients. Boil exactly 2 minutes. Then beat until
slightly cool. Pour over hot cake. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
