Ingredients & Directions
1/2 c Butter 3 tb Flour
2 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Vanilla 1 c Buttermilk
3 Eggs 1/2 c Pecans
Use a deep dish pie shell. Place pecans on bottom of crust. Melt
butter. Add sugar and vanilla; beat together. Add eggs, flour and
salt; mix thoroughly. Stir in buttermilk. Pour over pecans. Bake
at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Randy Rigg
