Cake Apple Pie Apple Champagne Cake

Ingredients & Directions


9 Round pastries
Apple mix; 50 ml (2fl oz)
; ready made or 5
; finely chopped
; apples and 3 tbsp
; sugar
Oven baked apple slices
1 Dollop of ice-cream per
-serving
Sugar; to sprinkle

Cut apples into thin slices.

Either use ready made apple mix or use five finely chopped apples and
sugar. Boil slowly in a pot for 7 minutes.

Bake the other apple slices with oil on foil in a baking tray and
leave in oven until light brown.

Fill the pastries with the apple mixtures, put ice-cream and an apple
slice on top and finish with some sprinkled sugar.
